Our history
Established in 1980, our business originally specialised in only offering accounting services to small and medium-sized companies. Over the years, our clientele expanded, promoting the diversification of our service portfolio to include Human Resources, Payroll and Financial services.
In 2002 our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our clients led to the creation of Freedom To Outsourcing “F2O”. This independent entity was established to seamlessly take over all outsourcing operations, ensuring the continuation of the exceptional services we have continued to provide.
During this journey, we have established a skilled and passionate team who form the backbone of our company. We deliver the highest quality of HR, Payroll and Accounting services allowing our clients to concentrate on their core business objectives, benefitting from reduced overheads and optimised staff levels all while maintaining direct control.

Managing Director
I’m Steve, the “Chief”.
After over 20 years running the company, I am still as enthusiastic as ever to support business owners to develop and expand.
A solid team is essential to the success of every company, and motivation of employees is key to getting them to achieve maximum potential. We train our employees to focus on quality of service and care of customers, to build trust leading to longevity of our valued business relationships.
We will continue to build our customer base and there are many more companies who need and would appreciate our services, we are looking forward to helping them all.
Director
Hi, I’m Gloria, nickname “HRH”.
Using my experience as a qualified solicitor, I provide the team and clients with legal advice.
I have been involved in the business for nearly 20 years, so I have a long history of keeping F2O, the team and our clients on the “straight and narrow”.
I firmly believe the success of any business stems from a strong cohesive bond between the team members. I pride myself on being the Mama to my F2O children as I fondly refer to the team members.
I enjoy arranging the F2O social functions to get the team together outside the formal environment.
Operations Manager
I’m Sarah, I joined F2O in 2000 as an Accounts Assistant. Since then I have learnt all aspects of the business and gained a Certified Accounting Technician qualification from ACCA.
I enjoy managing the small team here at F2O, who are more like family than colleagues.
An avid movie and music fan, I enjoy nothing more than going to the cinema or live concerts in my spare time. I love football and rugby and travelling whenever I get the chance.
Payroll Administrator
I have worked with F2O since 2009, my current position of Payroll and HR Administrator is my most important role to date.
I believe Payroll is vital for good business, making sure our client’s staff are paid promptly and correctly is my uppermost priority.
Outside of work I spend a lot of time baking. I love crafts and learning new skills, from sewing to glass fusing.
Senior Accounts Assistant
Hi, I’m Emily.
I joined F2O in 2013 as an Accounts Assistant and although I was new to the industry, through the years I have learnt all sides of accounts. From accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation and everything in between.
Through hard work and dedication, I was rewarded with a promotion to Senior Accounts Assistant. I love the work environment and love the family we have become.
Outside of work I love spending time with my friends and catching up on my favourite TV shows and series.
HR Manager
Hi, I’m Holly and I started with F2O in August 2018 as a HR Administrator and in November 2021, I was given the great opportunity to be the HR Manager. During my HR career I have gained my Level 3 and Level 5 CIPD qualifications.
I support our clients with any HR queries and have a responsibility to make sure everyone is compliant with HR policies and employment legislation. It’s nice to have a great work environment where you can enjoy every day at work.
In my spare time, I like to go on nice dog walks with my Golden Retriever, Frank.
HR Administrator
Hi, I’m Yasmin and I have worked for F2O since October 2022 as HR Administrator.
My role includes handling the administrative side of HR and providing HR support when needed to our clients.
My qualifications include, MSc International HRM and I am currently completing a Level 5 CIPD qualification in People Management.
I am eager to learn more about the industry and apply my skills.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and catching up with friends and family
Administrator
I’m Natasha, I joined F2O in May 2019, bringing a wealth of experience in administration and project support.
My role is to support the F2O team with internal projects, support our customers with recruitment and administrative assistance.
I love new challenges and I am always looking for new and improved ways of working.
Outside of work I love spending time with my family and dogs, DIY, good food, live music and reading.
Office Manager
Hi, I’m Leanne, I joined the F2O family in 2021 with the role of Office Manager. Prior to joining the office life, I spent the last 13 years in hospitality.
Now as Office Manager I tackle various responsibilities such as data input, telephone handling and manging supplies and equipment needed for day-to-day activities. I always aim to bring laughter and heart wherever life takes me which is why I believe that good customer service is the most important thing for any business.
Outside the office I enjoy walks, reading and a good Sunday roast dinner.
