PrecisionPoint develop software that integrates with Microsoft Dynamics to assist large companies to improve their reporting and business intelligence.
Using their own software to support the process, we have worked with them to speed up their monthly close cycle, successfully closing now within a week of month end. During a large project to reconcile their revenue recognition, we found substantial additional revenue, boosting the profit forecast for 2015.
We also managed their move into new office premises, and we are reviewing their financial processes to publish a procedures document for their finance department. Working closely with the MD, we are also building a new marketing strategy which will lead to a solid sales pipeline and generate short term profitability and medium term high growth performance.
