Indaba Communications Ltd uniquely sell their services in several languages using remote European native speakers. We helped launch the business and sourced funding for the first two years.
Now our office is used as the company’s HQ and we manage the accounting, HR and bank accounts (including foreign currency transactions). The company retain their management control but we have assumed all of the accounting responsibilities, managing the cash flow, and reporting to the board of Directors on a monthly basis.
We also provide a full virtual office service:
- taking all their calls and redirecting these where necessary
- receiving all their post, dealing with all of the accounting related documents, distributing publications and non-accounting communication to the various offices.
- electronic receipt of accounts emails and dealing with all enquiries
- manage the time sheet system
- perform all HR functions
We attend board meetings on a quarterly basis and develop strategies to manage short term projects and fluctuations in resourcing requirements.
